FIXED: File Monitoring add a newline

Post by micha_he » 12 Jul 2017 06:52

When I opened a file (no newline-char at the fileend) in monitoring mode, the first (probably more) line appears after an empty line.
If I open the file later in normal-mode, the empty line isn't there, how it should be !

I just don't know how to reproduce it. Maybe it's a file type issue (CR, LF's...) but I've tried that too without luck.

Same with V12.30b2.

I've wrote a simple testscript in AutoIt. It write 20 times, all 3 seconds, a CRLF-Character and a short textmessage in a file "out.log" in the same folder.
test.zip
(420.02 KiB) Downloaded 25 times
If you open the "out.log" after some seconds in monitor-mode, you can see that the first lines are without any blank lines between the text-messages (except the first line) and after you open it in monitor-mode, an additional blank-line is displayed between them.

I hope it help...
