I cannot use any of the offline validation tools that require tidy.exe. As stated in the title, the VCRUNTIME140.dll is supposed to be missing. The VCRUN distributable is installed and I am using RJ Text Ed 15.40 "portable installation". Does someone have an idea what I can do to check or ...
