RJ TextEd

Copy the files to the program folder (RJ TextEd\Win64) and replace the old ones (backup or rename the old ones first) and run.

It depend on the Windows scaling value. Different DPI and scaling yields different results.

Active and normal font should be the same in the next version (v16.70). Thanks!

Do you use the "Advanced tab color settings" feature?

I've updated the look in next version (16.70). Hopefully that will be helpful to someone... And it looks better

Note! This is actually a v16.70 alpha version so there are some changes in options (highlighter and tabs sections), checkboxes in lists (recent file lists, syntax and languages in addons etc.).

Instead of writing an essay, would you mind giving steps to reproduce the issues.

E.g.

1. Do this.
2. Now do this...
3. You should see ...

And if warranted, maybe post a screenshot.

I think the option you are looking for is "General -> Editing -> Enable smart highlighting while selecting".

What is you Windows display scaling setting?

1. What happens if you use Ctrl+Num Plus/Sub to zoom?
2. What happens if you change the keyboard shortcut for Ctrl+Plus to something else? Does the mouse wheel zoom work?
3. Does it help to remove the keyboard shortcuts for zoom?

It seems to misbehave with underlining and framing, but not when only using background color.

I'll fix it!

Maybe you could send me the settings file (RJ TextEd\TextEd.ini), from the installation that caused most issues?

I need more info. Exact steps to reproduce would be nice
