rj text editor is probably the most amazing text editor ever written.
I'm totally amazed at what I can do with it.
I noticed in Version 8.20, under PREFERENCES/HIGHLIGHTERS MENU,
we had the option for DEFAULT BACKGROUND.
I used to have the background as deep blue, the same colors as the old microsoft word v5 in the last days of DOS had.
the text was white
the cursor line was Red to make it easy to find my place.
highlighting was yellow background with black fonts
in the latest version, 10.5, you have under OPTIONS
EDITOR/Highlighters and margins
but I notice that the ability to change the background color is gone?
Has it been put in a different place? If not, Do you think that will come back?

Nah, it simply was moved to another place; check it out at Environment > Themes > Customize > Syntax highlighting; you can set your desired background color for all highlighters at once or choose some.johndavis1961 wrote: ↑29 Dec 2018 19:46but I notice that the ability to change the background color is gone?
