Text color within brackets

Hi
I am wondering if it is possible to have text inside brackets a different color than the color of the brackets?
Example:
[somekeyword]
Brackets = grey (already have this one configured)
Text inside brackets = teal
I am figuring something with regex but haven't figured out how.
