The program has been updated...

For the past few 10.2x versions, I frequently get a message box upon starting up RJ:

The program has been updated and new files are ready to be installed. Do you want to install the files?

After telling it Yes, it proceeds to copy 518 files from "C:\Program Files\RJ TextEd\InstallData"

This is not something that occurs when doing a new installation/update of rj. It pops up from time to time after having previously run the same version of RJ multiple times.

1. Do you use the install or portable version?
2. Are you logged on as administrator?
3. How many user accounts do you have?

Here are also differences...

PC1: Win7 x64, install as Admin, use with user-rights, from V10.21b2 to V10.21 release

- A question that files must be replaced is pop up on first start

PC2: Win7 x64, install as Admin, use with admin-rights, from V10.20 release to V10.21 release

- A question that files must be replaced isn't pop up

(I can not tell if files have been replaced! The folder '...\Program Files\...\InstallData\...' and '%appdata%\RJ TextEd' are different in some files)

I tried some testing & logged off and back on but this didn't result in the popup. But I just got it again today. I responded with "N" when it asked to install the files and RJ opened normally. I then exited and started it again, and no popup.
