Themes
Added 2 new themes to the "Environment -> Themes" menu.

(S)FTP
Made some more optimizations to speed up browsing directories.

Fixed
* Favorites menu in FTP panel missing.
* Made some changes in "Replace All" undo code.
* Selection issue.
