FIXED: MPad 1.23: Access violation

I get an access violation error when loading a particular XML file (attached).
The error I receive is:

Access violation at address 0000000000000000 in module 'Mpad64.exe'. Execution of address 0000000000000000.

This occurs on a fresh out-of-the-box portable version.
The file loads fine in RJTE.

I am on Windows 10.
