Moving to a new web host

I've experienced a few issues lately so I decided to move my sites to a new host.

It may take some time before everything is up and running again.

I'm running Win 11 Pro and I have not been able to download program updates since this move. I am getting a 403 error; server not found. Can you suggest how I might rectify this problem? I've tried multiple browsers with the same result.
