FIXED: HighlightColorsAction does not appear to be working

Hi Rickard, I've tried using this with a few different keyboard shortcuts but it does nothing.

FWIW it works for me: switches on/off color backgrounds for color attributes (I checked in CSS and HTML).

It used to work, it was assigned to Alt+C, now if I assign Alt+C to a different action e.g. OpenColorsAction, it works (opens the color dialog), but if I assign Alt+C to HighlightColorsAction, instead it opens the Macros menu item (as if unassigned). I also can't get any other keyboard shortcut to trigger HighlightColorsAction. Seems like an issue with the action itself (in my case).

Not sure what happened. I think it worked in the beta version. Anyway, it's been fixed in the next release (v16.61). Thanks!
