FIXED: new FTP upload can only "cancel"
FTP configuration works nicely. However, once configured and connected, if choosing to upload, upload as, save (remote), or save as (remote) a newly created file, the next window that opens only offers a "cancel" button. There is no way to proceed to save the file in the remote location.
