Improved performance
Made several code changes to improve performance. It should improve speed when editing and also background tasks like identify code folds, highlight braces and words under text cursor...

Windows 11 Mirage Dark theme
Added a new theme in the Environment "Themes" menu.

Text clips/snippets/abbreviation
Made some changes and improvements inside the text clips panel.

- The snippets folder is now unlocked for editing. You can add, rearrange and remove items as with normal text clips.

- Context menu items are now properly enabled/disabled.

- Fixed some issues while testing.

* Several issues when creating a new theme.
* FTP reconnect issue.
* A few issues with save remote dialog window.
* Auto completion issue in HTML files.
