FIXED: Markdown-Preview/Sideview Backtick render error

Post by ScrKiddle »

In Markdown it is possible to render backticks by placing them in more backticks.

Here an example that renders three backticks as inside code.

Code: Select all

```` ```something```` ... ```` ``` ````
this should render as
Code: Select all
[```something] ... [```]
In the Side-View or Preview of RJ TextEd this will produce wild render-errors
Code: Select all
 `something...```
even worse if it is some know markdown-extension
Code: Select all
```` ```mermaid ```` ... ```` ``` ````
will render to

Code: Select all

Syntax error in text
mermaid version 12.0.0
... ``` ```
Other markdown-editors or -engines do display the inside-code correctly with there backticks the word mermaid and then three text dots and again an inside-code with three backticks.

Seems to be working now in the next release. Thanks!
