Markdown
Made several improvements to highlighting and preview display.

* Should handle backticks to inline code, e.g. ```` ```foo````.
* YAML frontmatter comment highlighting and preview display.
* Table highlighting.
* Should handle large base64 encoded image blocks better.
* Some syntax highlighting improvements.

Added an option to convert markdown to HTML before preview in external browser. You can turn this off if your browser has a markdown viewer extension.

Preview panel
Made several changes to the preview panel.

The URL dropdown list now have different content for different highlighter. You can preview the active document or open a web page. And your added URLs are then assigned to a selected highlighter.

The last active list item is used when changing file to edit.

The first list item for CSS,HTML,PHP,ASP and Markdown documents activates the normal browser preview.

The preview panel can be used to display a reference page assigned to a specified file type.
E.g. you could display a Rust reference web page while editing Rust files and display HTML preview for HTML files and Markdown. Just add the reference URL for the Rust highlighter and select it in the dropdown list.

Close and minimize
The app should behave better now when several close and minimize options are used together.

Rust
Shebang (#!/usr/bin/env rustx) is now highlighted as comment.
Attributes (#[cfg(target_os = "linux")]) are also highlighted.

Misc
* Added a "copy to clipboard" button to copy the version string,inside the about dialog.

Fixed
* Highlight issues in CSS and HTML files.
* Spellcheck issue.
* Font size in fold-hint.
* New file drop-down menu issues.
* Next bookmark issue with folding.
