Using 11.0b4

Executing CTRL-A (select all) on a 2MB ANSI file (about 50k lines) makes TextED hang (using 100% of a CPU core)

Fixed in final version + a few other selection issues using the annotation bar.

FIXED: [11.0b4] CTRL-A on a 2MB file
