Better MRU Checked Items Behavior

Post by rjbill » 12 Feb 2020 16:26

It would be nice if/when there are one or more items CHECKED in the MRU,
that (accidentally) clicking on an item name because you missed the checkbox,
that it ignores that and does not try to open that file.

You could also make it check/uncheck boxes WHEN you click on the item name
WHEN you are in "Checkbox Mode". (one or more checkboxes are checked)

Either/both of those would be nice behaviors.
RJTE version 14.03 (actual) - 64-bit
Win 10 Pro 64-bit 8 GB RAM Intel Core i7-6700 3.40 GHz SCSI Hard Drive 1 TB

Note: The signature is dynamic, not static,
so it may not show the correct version above
that was in use at the time of the post.

And another option:

Clear entries of files that don't exist anymore

Clear entries of files that don't exist anymore
The option already exists in "Option -> Program -> Remove invalid files from the recent files list (MRU)".

I haven't tested it recently though...
