FIXED: Bug(s) with v15.66 upgrade
Posted: 10 Dec 2022 12:04
I just upgraded to version 15.66 (64 bit) [from 15.63]
and it forgot all of the files I had open,
which is HIGHLY irritating and annoying.
I suppose there is no way to get them back.
I can kind of get them back via the Home panel Recent Files. (I think)
But it's a major pain having to go through those and re-load them all.
I think they are all there, but I'm not sure.
I don't use that functionality, so I'm not familiar with it.
I basically just use the Editor panel.
I use the files opened in the editor on restart as a form of "project management".
I just clicked on some of the checkboxes for files listed on the Recent Files sub-panel and
it looks like they all open up if selected when you go to the Editor panel.
But I know those files aren't listed correctly. They include other files
I've opened in between that were not "Open on Restart" files.
Better than nothing, I suppose. There might be a complete list there if I
don't include the intermediary files that I had opened and closed.
Note that once you click the Checkbox on those files in the Recent Files
panel, some of them you can't click again to uncheck them.
So something weird is going on there.
