Improved performance
Made several code changes to improve performance. It should improve speed when editing and also background tasks like identify code folds, highlight braces and words under text cursor...

Windows 11 Mirage Dark theme
Added a new theme in the Environment "Themes" menu.

Fixed
* "Find/Replace All" in selection or from cursor position.
* Several issues when creating a new theme.
* FTP reconnect issue.
* A few issues with save remote dialog window.
* Auto completion issue in HTML files.

Still need to do some more testing, but I'll release this version later this week.
