Terminal Panel
The terminal panel now use asynchronous i/o communication. For the most part you may not notice much of a difference, but it should make communication and terminal windows output a bit faster and smother.
Fixed several issues including directory change functions and PHP Interactive shell mode.
Language server support
Updated the LSP client library code to support v3.18.0 of the protocol.
Markdown
Updated the Markdown to HTML library - used to preview markdown in the editor.
Links to elements in the same document should work now.
Undo/Redo
The undo/redo system is a bit complicated and needs to handle changes in split view, with cloning of document and diff view.
I made code changes to prevent some possible issues and make undo/redo more stable.
If something catastrophic occur - the undo/redo buffer is emptied and undo/redo is completely reset. After this normal editing should work as normal.
