FIXED: Wrong comment syntax in PHP file

Hi Rickard, sometimes when I'm editing a PHP file, inside a PHP code block, I hit "block comments", or the keyboard shortcut, and it will insert HTML comments <!-- -->, instead of PHP line comments, like it did before //
