Fixed some issues, made some more improvements to the Markdown code folding and Makefile highlighting.

Made several improvements to the syntax highlighter. It should highlight lists, tables, strikeouts, highlights, tags and more...
Code blocks are now syntax highlighted.
Markdown preview should now handle tags (#Tag) and footnotes [^1] and [^1]:.
Made several improvements to what's displayed in the code explorer.
Fixed
* Undo issue with replace all and using regex.
* Terminal window could on rare occasions cause issues when closing the application.
* Spellcheck (F7) could sometimes hang when parsing tags in HTML code.
* Text clips: Input variables should handle default values that includes brackets [].
* Block comment: Could sometimes insert wrong comment type.
* Highlight numbers in markdown code.
* Auto completion font issue.
