RJ TextEd

I loaded up another Makefile yesterday, and found another example of RJTE dropping syntax hiliting...
Both are related to the `help:` target...
- the first line in that block rendered in default color, then all other lines in the block rendered normally
- once the help block ended, everything else (almost) was rendered in default color, to end of file...

I'm including a copy of the makefile (zipped), as well as an image of the faulted region...
