In Markdown files the Code-Explorer does show titles in code-blocks as headings.
There is a YAML block at the beginning, then some Markdown text is following, inside the text is a YAML codeblock with a copy of the active YAML Block of the Markdown file, the Codeblock contains YAML comments, RJ TextEd does show the YAML comments in a Markdown file as Headings, even if they are fenced in a YAML-codeblock.

Code Explorer should show
In Markdown all codeblocks are not functional markdown code but code-examples, the only functional code-block must be at the top of the file may after shebang-line and it must be YAML or TOML, als later comment blocks are just examples of some code, strings fomatet like Markdown headings do not have a Markdown meaning inside of a codeblock and should not show up in the codeblock as headings as they are fenced in tripple backticks.

# Markdown after Frontmatter
some text with YAML example that has no functional meaning in Markdown.
```YAML
title: Some File Title
# Comment that turns in code-explorer into an title
someOption: after the line comment
```
Some text that gets placed under "# Comment that turns in code-explorer into an title" in code explorer, instead of under "# Markdown after Frontmatter" where it should be by Markdown logic.
